Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model performance, reduce latency, and enhance accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends and research emerging technologies to keep InnovateX ahead of the competition.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams and managing technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and navigate technical ambiguity.
