Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the development of robust AI infrastructure capable of scaling to petabyte-level data processing by 2026.
- Ethical AI Leadership: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy in all model deployments.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize LLM performance, reduce latency, and improve inference accuracy across distributed environments.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-level executives to define technical roadmaps and align AI capabilities with business goals.
- Talent Development: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- R&D Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research from top universities and tech labs into our production stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
