Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning research or software engineering with a strong focus on AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with CUDA and GPU acceleration.
- Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, open-ended technical challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
