Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for our 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on scalability and low-latency performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Oversee the deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments using advanced MLOps practices.
- Drive technical innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into the core stack.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards for data privacy.
- Establish coding standards and best practices to maintain high code quality across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or a related technical leadership role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading teams through the full software development lifecycle in fast-paced environments.
- Strong background in NLP, neural networks, and generative AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
