Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and deploy robust, fault-tolerant ML pipelines and LLM architectures capable of handling high-scale production workloads.
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and technical milestones for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term company goals.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously improve model accuracy, inference speed, and cost-efficiency using advanced optimization techniques.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of brilliant engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex AI concepts into actionable, user-centric software solutions.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Reinforcement Learning, Federated Learning) into the existing stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record of working with and fine-tuning Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
