Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems for 2026 readiness.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce latency and resource consumption.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest breakthroughs from global AI research into production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
- Specialization: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
