Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Define the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging tools and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying models to production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
