Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI scalability and ethical integration.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale machine learning systems and distributed computing environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for latency, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business leaders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development strategies.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Edge AI) to ensure our infrastructure remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or lead engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical challenges.
