Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 technology landscape, integrating emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead Research Implementation: Translate theoretical AI research into production-ready code, focusing on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous agents.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Continuously refine model inference speeds and reduce computational costs through advanced optimization techniques and edge computing strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the AI roadmap, identifying trends and opportunities for growth in the 2026 market.
- Risk Management: Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Reinforcement Learning, and experience in deploying models to edge devices.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, unstructured problems.
