Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for autonomous AI agents using state-of-the-art LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
- System Optimization: Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time decision-making applications.
- Research Implementation: Translate cutting-edge academic research into production-ready code, specifically focusing on agentic workflows and tool use.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define product requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep understanding of LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI API, Anthropic).
- Framework Expertise: Extensive experience building agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
