Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations for web, mobile, and advertising campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Collaborate closely with the UX/UI team to ensure seamless integration of motion design into user interfaces.
- Create storyboards, styleframes, and concept art to visualize animation ideas before production.
- Optimize animations for performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative direction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging technologies in motion graphics.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design, animation, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, timing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment.
