Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create engaging motion graphics and micro-interactions using After Effects, Lottie, and Principle.
- Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on design solutions and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system and component libraries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 2D interaction design.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a 2D Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Interaction Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (basic to intermediate level).
- Experience with animation libraries and prototyping tools (e.g., Lottie, GSAP).
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong range of 2D interactive work and motion design.
