Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-fidelity 2D visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and user interface components.
- Maintain and evolve our existing design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional teams for feedback and approval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design or UI design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D design projects, including both print and digital work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics and prototyping tools is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
