- High-Performance Architecture: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential data growth and complex transaction loads.
- AI & Automation Integration: Lead the integration of machine learning models and automated workflows to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR) across all new infrastructure.
- Legacy Modernization: Spearhead the transition of legacy systems to modern microservices architectures, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and serverless computing.
- Programming: Proficiency in at least two modern languages (e.g., Go, Rust, Python, TypeScript).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse stakeholders.
