- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the creation of a comprehensive technology and business roadmap for the year 2026, aligning cross-functional teams around a shared future state.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable, executable milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic data to C-level executives and boards, ensuring buy-in for the 2026 vision.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation within the organization, scouting for startups and technologies that align with the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting with a proven track record of delivering long-term roadmaps.
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of current and emerging technology stacks (Cloud, AI, Data Analytics) and how they apply to business strategy.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
