Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning technical delivery with long-term business objectives and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication between engineering, design, and product departments.
- Release Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire release lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery, minimal downtime, and seamless user experiences.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies and industry shifts to proactively integrate forward-looking solutions into our architecture.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to prioritize features, manage expectations, and communicate progress effectively.
- Technical Debt Management: Develop and enforce strategies for technical debt reduction to ensure system scalability and performance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Release Management, or Technical Strategy within the software industry.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of managing complex product releases and successfully pivoting strategies in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
