Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical delivery with high-level business objectives.
- Lead the integration of emerging AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum-Ready architectures into our core product suite.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies for high-impact technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
- Oversee the migration to scalable, cloud-native infrastructures designed for next-gen workloads.
- Establish security and compliance frameworks that anticipate future regulatory landscapes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or product management.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, Blockchain, or Distributed Ledger Technologies.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends up to 5 years out.
- Experience managing budgets for long-term R&D projects.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical strategies to executive leadership.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
