Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our next-generation computing infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of AI, quantum computing, and edge technologies.
- Scalability & Performance: Architect high-availability, low-latency systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and billions of concurrent neural interactions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cutting-edge cryptographic protocols and zero-trust architectures to protect sensitive data in decentralized environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers, conducting code reviews and driving technical strategy during sprint planning and architectural reviews.
- Cloud Native Solutions: Design and deploy microservices using Kubernetes and serverless technologies to optimize resource utilization.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing interfaces) and validate their feasibility for production deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Computing, or Distributed Systems, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or Java, and proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform with a focus on cost optimization and serverless computing.
- AI Integration: Strong understanding of how to integrate AI models into backend systems and manage model inference at scale.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system failures and provide resilient architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
