Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable systems for the 2026 Horizon roadmap, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers in the development of next-gen prototypes.
- Implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning models to optimize system operations and predictive maintenance.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on our long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Robotics is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered systems.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
