Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for global industry disruption analysis
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic futures to investors and board members quarterly
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI tracking
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic concepts (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Strong network with tech innovators and academic research institutions
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
