Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that can withstand future growth and complexity.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to drive product delivery.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architecture assessments to mitigate risk.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems from concept to deployment.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and microservices.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript).
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
