Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the Chicago metro area and surrounding regions.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective customers, highlighting key value propositions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to refine sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to drive company revenue growth.
- Attend weekly training sessions and professional development workshops to sharpen sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.

- Reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet for remote training components.
