Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement.
- Drive sales revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team to develop effective strategies and share best practices.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the Baton Rouge area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or sales certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for local client meetings).
