Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their specific needs.
- Sales Execution: Proactively identify sales opportunities and close transactions to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory, features, and benefits to provide accurate recommendations.
- Store Operations: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing through effective merchandising.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
