Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Training Participation: Actively participate in daily training sessions, role-plays, and educational workshops to master sales techniques.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business leads and understand market trends in the Atlanta area.
- Goal Achievement: Work towards and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: A positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional evenings.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
