- Product Presentation: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase our value proposition.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive company revenue.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management team to refine sales strategies and share market insights.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
- Attitude: A positive, professional demeanor with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: No prior sales experience is required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
