Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage and update the CRM system to track prospect activity accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to qualify inbound leads and schedule appointments.
- Present product demos and solution overviews to potential clients via phone and video.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we are looking for attitude and drive.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn commission.
- Ability to work full-time in our Boston office (Monday - Friday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A degree in any field is preferred, but not mandatory.
