Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
- 0-2 years retail or customer service experience (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology (POS systems)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

- Nebraska residency required (per local employment regulations)
