Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, needs assessment, and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure premium store presentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and KPIs
- Execute promotional campaigns and special events to maximize customer engagement
- Maintain detailed product knowledge across all brand categories
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience in a sales-driven environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse clientele
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
