Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Execute effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Manage the sales floor, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to develop strategies for increasing market share.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
