Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend products/services that drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales approaches.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
