- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Utilize company-provided tablets and CRM software to manage client relationships
- Participate in product training sessions to master new equipment launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Maintain organized showroom displays using provided merchandising tools
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with strong closing abilities
- Comfortable using company-provided tablets and sales software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently with provided resources
- Valid CA driver's license (company vehicle provided for client visits)
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Ability to work flexible weekends (company transport provided)
