Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Louisville area and remote network.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities and prospect information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve any inquiries.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
