Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present proposals to prospective clients.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and close deals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly setting.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
