Responsibilities

- Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on product features and industry trends to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We train all new hires from scratch.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to commute to our Boston location.
