Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Engage customers to determine their specific needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about product inventory, features, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Assist with visual merchandising and restocking inventory as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
