- Greet and welcome customers with a professional, energetic demeanor, ensuring a premium in-store experience.
- Assist customers in product selection by answering questions and providing detailed product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store organization.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and brand values to represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
