Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing customers to identify new sales opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and effectively handle objections to close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the sales floor is organized and presentable.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
