Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers receive world-class service while driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring merchandising standards are met.
- Inventory Support: Assist in stock replenishment, inventory counts, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve store goals and improve operational processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or commission-based sales preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and staff.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Technical: Proficiency with computer systems and POS software is highly desirable.
