Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, determining their needs and recommending products or services to meet those needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay informed about product inventory, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale (POS) systems quickly.
