Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Build and maintain a thorough knowledge of product inventory, features, and pricing to answer customer inquiries.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to resolve issues and retain loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with technology, including basic computer navigation and mobile devices.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Reliable transportation is required.
