Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving/exceeding daily/monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions accurately
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly
- Participate in product training and store promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail/sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales metrics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
