Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of the sales floor to maintain a clean, organized, and appealing store environment.
- Answer product inquiries and recommend additional items to increase average transaction value.
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability while adhering to inventory control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
