Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and building client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain impeccable store presentation
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Contribute to inventory management and stock rotation processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Participate in product training and seasonal collections launches
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge in fashion or luxury goods
