Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement through upselling techniques and customer engagement
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Merchandise product displays to maximize visual appeal and customer traffic
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales targets and KPIs
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
