Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized shopping experiences through product knowledge and style consultation
- Exceed sales targets by building client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store aesthetics
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental KPIs and seasonal goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Represent brand values at all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-end customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in commission-based environments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail in merchandising and inventory control
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail technology
- Passion for fashion and luxury goods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
