Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations and consultative sales guidance to tech-savvy customers
- Exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Master inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and display presentation
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy while maintaining brand service standards
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to create immersive product displays
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing returns/exchanges per policy
- Participate in quarterly product training to maintain expertise on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales achievement
- Deep familiarity with consumer electronics (smartphones, laptops, smart home devices)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Valid driver's license required for occasional vendor meetings
