Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive sales conversions
- Exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions with precision
- Visual merchandising to maintain premium store presentation standards
- Process inventory shipments and maintain stockroom organization
- Participate in weekend and holiday retail coverage as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong attention to detail in cash handling and inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
