Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through proactive upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and participate in team meetings to discuss performance and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
