In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding clients through our extensive inventory of industrial tools, machinery, and supplies. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
- Provide expert demonstrations and support for the equipment provided by the company.
- Manage daily inventory levels and ensure the showroom and yard are organized.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using our POS systems.
- Follow up on leads to convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in equipment, construction, or industrial sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during peak seasons.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
